These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Trainings for Nepal platform, a Together for Nepal initiative. By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
Trainings for Nepal (“ToN”, “we”, “us”) provides online and in-person IT skills training for learners in Nepal. Our office is at Together for Nepal Head Office, Naya Bazar, Kathmandu. You can reach us at [email protected] or +977-9744465510.
You sign in with Google. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in, and you are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
Access to a paid course is granted once your enrollment is active. For online payments, access is activated after we confirm your payment. For offline (cash or bank) enrollments, access is activated by our team once payment is recorded. Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning only and may not be redistributed.
Course fees are shown in Nepali Rupees (NPR). We accept eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, bank transfer and cash. You agree to pay the fee shown at the time of enrollment. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Certificates are issued on successful completion of a course and reflect your participation and assessment results. They do not constitute an accredited qualification unless explicitly stated.
We may update courses, features and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
