This Privacy Policy explains what information Trainings for Nepal collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the platform.

1. Information we collect

Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo.
Learning data: courses you enrol in, progress, quiz attempts and certificates.
Payment records: amount, method (eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, bank or cash) and transaction reference. We do not store your card or wallet credentials.
Optional details you provide, such as phone number or a booking enquiry.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

create and secure your account;
deliver courses, track progress and issue certificates;
process and verify payments and enrollments;
send important account, enrollment and payment notifications;
improve our courses and the platform.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform — for example Google (sign-in), our payment providers, email/SMS delivery and hosting — and only as needed to provide the service or where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your account, and we will remove personal data that we are not required to retain.

5. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

6. Your choices

You can review and update your profile in your dashboard, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can also control cookies through the consent banner and your browser settings.
